Shipping Policy for Octagon Group LLC

1. Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your items are dispatched.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • We offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Expedited, and Next-Day delivery.
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (contiguous U.S.)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the parts ordered.

 

3. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the items ordered, as well as the destination.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 (continental U.S. only).
  • Rates for expedited and next-day shipping will be displayed at checkout.

 

4. International Shipping:

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping.

 

5. Order Tracking:

  • After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your Octagon Group LLC account.

 

6. Shipping Delays:

  • While we aim to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of a delay, we will notify you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

8. Incorrect Address:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is accurate before completing the order.
  • If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary changes. We are unable to modify the address once the order has been processed.

 

9. Signature Requirement:

  • For high-value items, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order.
