Eligibility for Refunds

1. Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition of Items: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Custom or special-order parts.
• Electrical or electronic components if the packaging is opened.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@octagonmedicare.com or call 1-888-973-9319 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Prepare the Return: Include the RMA number, original packaging, and proof of purchase in the return shipment.
3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in the shipment.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
